1. In the flow passage, the air moves along with an oblique path, while the volume of the working chambers between the rotating screw rotors and the casing is continuously changed. As a result, internal compression is achieved, compressing the air to a certain level.

2. A certain amount of air or combustible mixture from the intake chamber is compressed and delivered to the compression chamber, thereby pressure boosting is achieved.
